Nature-Informed Dog Grooming
Patient, one-on-one grooming for small and medium dogs, by appointment on Fridays and Saturdays.
Grooming that feels safe, not stressful
For a lot of dogs, the grooming table is a place of noise, rushing, and strangers. That stress builds over time and makes every future visit harder.
I groom differently. Working with small and medium dogs, roughly five to fifty pounds, by appointment on Fridays and Saturdays, I keep the day quiet and the pace unhurried. Only a few dogs are booked at a time, so your companion animal has my full attention and room to settle.
The result is a clean, comfortable dog and a grooming experience that builds trust instead of eroding it.

Everything a calm groom includes
- Small and medium dogs, roughly five to fifty pounds
- By appointment only, with just a few dogs booked at a time
- Patient, gentle handling for sensitive and first-time dogs
- A quiet, low-stimulation setting that keeps the nervous system calm
- Bath, brush, tidy, nails, and ears as needed for your dog
- Clear communication about your dog's coat and comfort
What a grooming visit looks like
A calm arrival
Your dog arrives to a quiet space and settles before we begin, never rushed.
Gentle, attentive care
I work slowly and read your dog's signals throughout, taking breaks whenever they need one.
Fresh and comfortable
Your dog leaves clean, comfortable, and with a good association to build on.
What stewards love about my grooming
- Unhurried, one-on-one attention rather than an assembly line
- A nature-informed approach that prioritizes emotional safety
- Consistency, so your dog sees the same trusted hands each visit
- A groomer who reads and respects your dog's signals
